Our 1900 square foot venue comfortably holds up to 70 people.

Rental Rate

$100 / hour Friday, Saturday, & Sunday

$90 / hour Monday through Thursday

+ 75 set-up/clean-up fee

deposit required:

1/2 rental cost + set-up/clean-up fee

Remaining balance due before day of event. Facility manager will provide payment instructions at booking. Additional fees or charges subject to owner’s discretion.

Rental Policies

 

  • No open flames, confetti, glitter, silly string, paint or markers on surfaces, or smoke machines will be allowed.

    NOTHING MAY BE ATTACHED TO ANY WALLS OR VERTICAL SURFACE!

    NO tape, tacks, nails, or other fasteners or adhesives.

    Tables must be covered with table coverings.

  • The Studio only rents to persons over the age of 18.

    Parties with minors present require a ratio of at least one adult per twelve minors.

  • No smoking is permitted on the premises per Illinois law.

    ALL alcohol must be purchased from The Wooden Nickel. No alcohol can be brought in from outside sources. The renter must make arrangements for alcohol service directly with The Wooden Nickel.

    Please maintain a respectful occupancy for neighboring tenants.

    Rental time begins and ends at the designated times reserved per the signed agreement. Be sure to book enough time for decorating and packing up belongings.
